Fixed: Here at Wunderlist we like to help. We like to help a lot. But perhaps this time we went too far. Our Wunderlist Helper has been working at 110%. We’ve dialed it back so that you’ll no longer experience high CPU and network data usage.
Fixed: Did we say we like to help? It’s true, but perhaps we don’t need to remind you twice that you should be doing your chores. The issue with duplicate reminders should now be fixed.

Finally found an “organization” app I don’t get bored with...

While I am constantly saturated with technology, and mobile devices, I tend to be old school when it comes to managing my to-do’s. There’s something refreshing about scribbling out a task on a whiteboard or post-it note. I’ve tried probably a dozen apps to help manage my to-do’s for my 3 fast-paced businesses but end up getting bored with them after a while. In the end, I’ve always just felt like I’m “using another app” vs. “crossing stuff off of my list.”

Wunderlist has been awesome in every aspect - all the way down to collaborating with other business partners, assigning tasks, reminders, and providing comments. I am a Creative Director / UX designer (and serial entrepreneur) for a living and from a user experience perspective, it gets the job done, is intuitive, and has rich features making me want to use it again and again.

Great work, Wunderlist!

Good so far

I have been using this for a couple weeks and find it easy to use overall. The sync is sometimes a tad slow but right now, after trying several other list programs, this seems to be the best so far. I found Things too confusing.

Update-using much longer now and I like it a lot. It is easy to use and the sync works well. But a couple things still bug me. If I am tapping on completed daily (I have it set to pop up every day)items in iOS and do it too quickly, I may accidentally end up tclicking he wrong item as it disappears after being clicked then reappears (as item for tomorrow). So I may click that I have already done it tomorrow. ALSO, I really wish there was a way to “delete all” when it comes to completed items. According to the instructions, you have to tap each item to delete them. When you have 178, that takes way too long.

This has become the center of much of my busy life

I’m involved as a leader of a major international project. I have a lot going on at once and I’m at risk of letting details slip if I don’t have a good way to keep and instantly get to my notes, in multiple categories. And I need them available to me no matter which of my several devices I’m using at any given time. Yet, I don’t have the time or interest to learn one of the many more sophisticated, but more demanding ToDo apps that are available (many of which I’ve tried and abandoned). Wunderlist hits the magic sweet spot for me: very easy to learn and manage, yet powerful enough to give me the orgainzational and planning information I need access to quickly, no matter where I am or what I’m doing. And a huge proportion of that power is actually available free, which is most impressive! Thank you!
