IT ALL STARTED WITH AN APOCALYPSE
Don Eduardo's Zoo in Little Mexico is in mucho trouble when his animal residents come down with a serious case of Undeath. The only hope of keeping these cute — but gruesome — Zoombies from overrunning the planeta are Marco and Maria, a pair of rowdy schoolkids who find themselves on the most twisted field trip ever! Zoombies is *bloody* simple to play, but muy challenging to master!

Armed with hatchets, roman candles, and even a chupacabra, you'll trace a path with your finger and watch your weapon hurl through these immortal enemies. Each level requires timing, strategy and precision to complete the Sugar Skull Missions and rescue your friendly animales before they become brain-eating Zoombies themselves. Collect golden pesos to earn Especiales upgrades like slippery Guacamole, La Bomba, and stampeding Elefantes to thwart the unending hordes of Zoombies!

Hilarious zombie murdering action
At first I thought this could be too cartoony to be for my liking, but the art style adds to the hilarious charm. Basically, the goal each round is to murder as many zombie animals as possible, while keeping the normal animals from being devoured and subsequently infected into zombie animals themselves. The challenge ramps up quickly, so make sure you upgrade your weapons first. My only complaint so far is that it can get a little repetitive in the early levels. Once you're past the zoo gates it's a fun challenge! Almost 5 stars, I'd say 4.5 stars indeed. Nice one!
Love this Game..Want More!!
I love this game, from the art to the mechanics everything worked smoothly and was very fun! I had a minor hiccup where I would have to completely close out the game every once in a while or the sound was stuck, but that was minor and easy to resolve.
My only complaint..I want more levels. I am through the 45 levels with all side missions done and just wish there was more to play. :D Not a bad problem to have.
Fun and funny
So this game is seriously well put together, great fun (and funny!), nice graphics, and fantastic animations. The basic line drawing mechanics are just perfect and there are enough cool power-ups to keep it interesting. The only complaints I have are that there aren't enough levels (there are currently 45, so not toooo skimpy) and it gets a little grindy at points where you have to re-do levels to get coins to get power-ups to complete the game.
