Polygram Special Markets' The Best of Gloria Gaynor may be a budget-line disc, but it nevertheless is an effective overview of her career, containing the majority of her hit singles — not only "I Will Survive," but also "Anybody Wanna Party?," "Never Can Say Goodbye," and "Let Me Know (I Have a Right)." The rest of the collection isn't quite as good as those songs, but it is enjoyable, making the disc into a first-rate budget-line disc.
