Initial setup is a mess
Initial setup is a mess... you can't add a card for the first time without disabling the autocharge option.
So I did a $4 trip but I've been charged $10. So I have $6 remaining on my account that I'll never use because I already left the city.
This seems intentional, too bad for this company!
