DJ Logic

About DJ Logic

DJ Logic, a turntablist both flashy and complex, built an eclectic resume upon rising from the fertile hip-hop fields of the Bronx in the 1980s. Influenced by both hip-hop’s pioneering DJs and the downtown jazz movement, Logic would become a sought-after collaborator for genre-bending artists of all stripes in the ‘90s and ‘00s, from Medeski, Martin, and Wood to the Dave Matthews Band. In the oughts, the prolific Logic started putting his own name on the cylinders, releasing intricate records rife with guest stars from the widest of worlds.
