Prima Nachschub für Racing-Fans
In letzter Zeit tat sich nicht viel am Sektor Autorennen. Asphalt 8 wird seit bald drei Jahren fleißig aktualisiert, der lokale Multiplayer-Modus funktioniert nach wie vor. Rally-Fans waren bisher auf Colin MacRae angewiesen. Nun naht Nachschub!
Hervorragende Steuerung (ich hab sofort auf Tilt umgestellt; aber alle Optionen funktionieren sehr gut), flüssige Grafik (wenn auch keine Retina-Auflösung am großen iPad Pro), attraktive Strecken. Wie in einer echten Rally: Präzise Ansagen des Beifahrers (engl.). Drei Schaltflächen zum Beschleunigen, normale Bremsen und Handbremse (zum Driften in Kurven). Exzellente Simulation der physikalischen Verhältnisse. Spannend und herausfordernd.
Löblich: Keine „Top In-App-Käufe“, sondern es handelt sich um eine uneingeschränkte Vollversion. All inclusive. Bei Spielerfolg werden ständig neue Autos freigeschaltet, die alle technisch feinst justierbar sind. Drei Spielmodi: Championship, Time Trial (gegen Ghosts), Skill Games (Raketeneinschlägen 🚀 und Baustellen ausweichen, Coin Rush) und Rally Cross (gegen mehrere Konkurrenten). Ausgefeiltes Schadens-/Reparatursystem. Zahlreiche Optionen für die grafische Darstellung in den Einstellungen (Zahnradsymbol).
Beeindruckend für eine erste Version von einem Indie-Hersteller!
Die technischen Eigenschaften der einzelnen Autos sind in fünfzehn Details justierbar. Rush Rally 2 ist weit weniger arcadeish als Asphalt (mehr Realismus), der Vergleich mit Colin MacRae ist noch am zutreffendsten, obwohl MacRae etwas weniger Straßenhaftung hat. Rally- und Rallycross-Strecken. Konnte auf Anhieb im „Championship“ die sechs Finnland-Tracks als insgesamt Erster abschließen und muss sagen: TOPTIPP!
Die erweiterte (iOS/tvOS) Universal-App (Full-Premium, 58,8 MB) ist vor wenigen Stunden erschienen.
Mindestvoraussetzung derzeit: iOS 9, mit dem nächsten Update der App sollen aber auch frühere BS-Versionen unterstützt werden. Der Hersteller im Originalton über geplante Updates:
