Sehr enttäuschend!

Nach Aufforderung das Passwort zu ändern, war ein einloggen mehr möglich. Mehrfache Versuche über email Kontakt herzustellen, scheiterten - keine Reaktion, keine Möglichkeit der Kontaktaufnahme, keine Telefonnummer. Ich habe mein Jahresabo ca. 5 Monate nützen können, jetzt zahle ich mein Abo weiter und kann mich nicht mehr einloggen - eine Riesensauerei!
