Book 3 of the Travers Brothers series, a short contemporary romance. Hannah was about to lose her ranch through no fault of her own. After her father died she came home and quickly realized all the money she'd sent home for him was squandered in his gambling debts. This was the land her mother was buried on, and she'd do just about anything to keep it, including marry a man she didn't know.
Rusty Travers was her reluctant hero. His family had asked him to put his prize breeding stock up as collateral for her ranch. Not only that, but they also suggested he marry her to protect his investment. After all, Texas was a community property state. How could he lose? Besides, it was the Code of the West to help a neighbor.
Could it get any worse, marrying a complete stranger? But after losing the only girl he ever really loved, he knew he wouldn't fall for this Hannah girl!
Still, Hannah wasn't what Rusty expected, and she personified the word, "cowgirl". She worked hard right along side him. She was a great cook, and her kisses were temptingly sweet. Rusty found it increasingly difficult not to like her. He certainly understood about her mother being buried there, and how important it was to keep the land. His own mother was part of the reason he agreed to the crazy scheme, for Hannah's father had been there to help his mother the night Rusty was born.
Was his taste in women changing, or was he simply growing up? Whatever it was his feelings for Hannah were changing by the minute.
Hannah would share everything but her heart with Rusty. So why was everyone suddenly calling him....Hannah's Man?
