A truly Grown Up Album from...a grown up...

Macy Gray has gone from strength to strength then to weakness and now back to where she should be. The opening track says it all, FINALLY MADE ME HAPPY - Macy must have listened to this recording. There is not one weak song on this album; the production is stripped back and OLD SCHOOL. Collaborations with Fergie (aka Fergilcious) Natalie Cole and Will.I.Am are perfect and not contrived and is that Mr cry me a river Timberlake on the funky and very danceable GET OUT. Buy this album if your ready to hear this unique voice sing music that it was born to.

Big songs Big voice

I was a big fan of early Macy Gray and lost a bit of interest, but this album is just brilliant. If you don't like her voice, you may not like this, but it is an almost "Big Band" sounding album - perhaps inspiration for the title, but definitely not in a cheesy way at all. Great collaborations with Natalie Cole, JT and Fergie that are not over-produced (as per a typical Fergie or JT album!). If you're not sure, buy Track 1, and if you like it, you will love the album!!
