Don't be mistaken.

You might listen to this album and think - music was better back then because This album evokes the souls of music lovers and sparks joy in a way that makes you want to turn up the volume and drum on the steering wheel regardless of who is watching. The truth is, very few people were making music this good then, which is the same as now. Amidst all the noise and audio clatter this album is a staple of quality and you owe it yourself to have a listen and keep it on hand for the days you want to make the sun shine a little brighter

Formed in the early '90s by South African vocalist/guitarist Dave Matthews, the Dave Matthews Band presented a more pop-oriented version of the Grateful Dead crossed with elements of jazz, funk, and the worldbeat explorations of Paul Simon and Sting.
