Customer Reviews

Not "Air" but very good.

Zero 7 have been described as the British "Air". They're not quite on the same level as those crazy frogs, but Simple Things is a worthy purchase. Standout tracks are Likufanele, the very chilled This World, the delicious In The Waiting Line and Give It Away. Add Destiny and Simple Things to that list and I think you can see where this is heading. I found no bad tracks, the rest of them rounding out the album well and contributing to an overall good feeling. (Yep, amateur reviewer at work here... ) If you like the so-called Chill genre, then add this to your collection now.

Another place, another time...

Awesome Album! Some of the tracks almost take you back to another place in time... like swaying in the wind, on a beach, far away from the rat race.. "Lets run away together" kinda stuff. Love it!

Five stars? Yes, this album is that good.

I came across Zero 7 on the Garden State soundtrack, and had to hear more. Simple Things is wonderful to listen to: laid back chillout style music, smooth vocals - fantastic album.
