P!nk has outdone herself once again!

All at once it's clever, it's catchy, it's cheeky, it's innovative, it's inspiring, it's funny, it's anthemic, it's lyrical, it's crass… I don't think P!nk has ever been better than she is here.

Blow Me didn't really blow me away that much, but it's actually one of the weaker tracks here. The new single Try is poignant. She duets with Nate Ruess of fun. on Just Give Me A Reason, and the result is sublime. The opening track, Are We All We Are, is a fist-pumping anthem up there with the best of P!nk's classics, yet underneath there is a challenge to your very humanity.

This has got to be the crowning glory of P!nk's already stellar career, and will no doubt shoot straight to number 1 in Australia, and hopefully the rest of the world will finally see why we love her so much too. She deserves to be in the pantheon of musical superstars forever.

Better Than Best

I have had a long love affair with pink. From the late 90's 'Cant Take Me Home' to this latest offering, her voice transcends genre's, the songs are always diverse and lyrically pleasing and I don't think there's one person in Australia that hasn't seen her live, she is incredible on stage.
This album is a step up but not away from 'Funhouse'. The sound is slightly less bombastic and a little more polished rock.
Tracks like 'Try' with its stirring intro and pinks vocals strong and up front, it'll be huge as a single and is one of my absolute favorites.
The absolutely stunning and surprising duet with Nate Ruess of Fun merges the two artists perfectly on 'Just Give Me A Reason' and has probably been played the most by me so far.
Other standouts are 'Where Did The Beat Go' and the beautiful 'Great Escape' which pink throws down her impressive vocals and is a perfect way to round off the standard edition of the album.
It's worth getting the deluxe for the extra tracks though. 'Run' is brilliant.
This kind of album release gives me hope for the future of music, talented, outspoken, has purpose, sings live, loves australia....could she get any better than best?

Welcome Back!

Music needed you back pink! Congrats! This new album is amazing wowww!

Years Active: '90s, '00s, '10s

Although initially viewed as another face in the late-'90s crowd of teen pop acts, Pink (professionally known as P!nk) quickly transcended and outgrew that label with her combination of pop songcraft and powerhouse, rock-influenced vocals. Born Alecia Moore on September 8, 1979, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, P!nk received her nickname as a child, years before she dyed her hair accordingly. She grew up in a musical family and was a regular on the Philadelphia club scene by the age of 13, first as a...
