Quietly Lovely

My acupuncturist put this on during my session this morning and when I came home, I brought it immediately. Its is very quiet music - nothing jumps out at you, no awkward pauses or sudden burst of percussion. It has a Baroque undertone - if you like Bach I think you'd like this one - maybe its the harpsichord and flute. The music progresses through quite a subtle iteration - it does remind me quite a lot of the Goldberg Variations in that regard, although its nowhere near as lively as the Variations :)

I like to have ambient music playing as I go about my day and as I meditate and create art. I suspect that this lovely album is going to be my daily soundscape for some time to come. I am delighted to discover Deuter and look forward to purchasing and listening to more of his work....

Genre: New Age

Years Active: '70s, '80s, '90s, '00s
