Brilliant album!

World class metal...every song is killer!

Although sonically gritty and challenging to the ears, Chaos Divine has achieved an enchanting, brutal, technical and addictive style of playing that shines throughout each song on their album. It's simply an understated masterpiece. It'll twist and turn and leave you gasping for air, and then it gives you oxygen, as shown on Alone In The Sky. A twister of an album and a definite keeper for those who appreciate completely unpredictable music. Buy it.

Chaos Divine's Debute album 'Avalon'

I write this one week after the release of 'The Human Connection' after hearing a song from said album on Triple J one month before release. I bought this album before I have heard the second album, and I must say it is amazing.

From the opening track 'Contortion' to the mellow close 'Alone in the Sky', this album is break taking. Chaos Divine are easily one of the best metal acts to come out of Australia alongside Daysend, Karnivool, Psycroptik and Nazxul (just to name a few off the top of my head).

Australia's metal is so good it rivals our Swedish friends, but STOMPS on our American rivals. This album is a testament to that. I eagerly wait for my copy of ‘The Human Connection’ to arrive in the mail (I want the artwork).
