Though far too brief at just over 25 minutes, Roses Are Red is a solid budget-line compilation of Bobby Vinton's hits; in addition to the title track it includes "Blue on Blue," "Mr. Lonely," "There! I've Said It Again" and the immortal "Blue Velvet," and as a result is probably all that a casual Vinton fan might ever need.
