Great EP!

I was first introduced to The Juan MacClean through the TSUGI 30 mix (2010) by LCD Soundsystem which featured "Accusations (Gavin Russom Remix)" and I loved it so much I went and hunted down all The Juan MacClean CD's & EP's I could find. If a band as good as LCD Soundsystem endorse them then they must be worth buying! The album "The Future Will Come" which features the originals is well worth a look into as well. As both groups are on the DFA Records label (which James Murphy of LCD co-founded) I recomend that you check the DFA Records website for more releases.

Prior to becoming one of the most significant names on the DFA label, John MacLean was a member of Sub Pop band Six Finger Satellite. Initially, Six Finger Satellite fit in with the remainder of the Sub Pop roster, but after one EP, they took a sharp turn into herky-jerky post-punk inspired by Devo, Big Black, and Suicide.
