Bout time young Stat

this album has been in the works since arround 2003, sadly though Eminem and Shady records anlong with to Aftermath never realy pushed his work. Now its mid 2010 and the end result is a near perfect album, Stat Quo has allways been a stad out Southern rapper how just never put an album out, but put a lot of mixtapes out. Now that has all changed with Statlanta, all the songs on the album are straight out banging great lyrics and beats and guests, Stat really could not have done anything better on this effort rather then put a few more tracks on it. Don't get me wrong the 13 tracks on here are all great but a few more would have given the album more depth, cause lets face hes had 7 years to gather together songs to put on it. Still all in all Young Statlanta has come a long way from one off Eminems crew, lets just hope that Stat Quo can keep the albums coming cause he is a rare southern rapper with decent lyrics, the only other rappers that would come to mind in that catagory would be Bobby Creek, Buck, Pimp C and Bun B

About time

Let down

The Atlanta-born rapper, whose real name is Stanley Benton, has repeatedly acknowledged that his strong work ethic came from his mother, who raised him in Atlanta's housing projects. After graduating high school, he attended...
