Nas never left, he is the uncrowned king of New York. If you aren't up on Nas, then you no nothing about hip hop.

Nas is still here

From 1994's Illmatic to 2012's soon to be released Life Is Good, Nas has never lost it. The only time I lost faith was the beef with Jay-Z but that's over and now we can enjoy Nas again. One of the only hip hop artists to 1. care about his lyrics more than his beats and 2. Maintain the same sound from 20 years ago. It never gets old!
