Awesome Singer & Great Debut Album

James Morrison's debut album is an outstanding display of passionate songwriting excellence that is sure to land him a place on the charts and in our CD collections. 'You Give Me Something', being the first single is a great song that has been popular on the airwaves due to it's upbeat lyrics and the uniqueness of Morrison's voice. This raw and husky voice that he possesses is an amazing talent which carries through the whole album, and is especially spine-tingling on 'One Last Chance'. For someone so young, James sounds incredibly mature but his songs are fresh and individual without being too 'alternative'. This mix makes 'Undiscovered' a great listen. Stand out tracks include: 'One Last Chance', 'You Give Me Something', 'Under The Influence' and 'Wonderful World' among others. Overall a great artist and a great must-have album!

Album of the year

It's so rare to find an album where you love every single track but this is definitely one of them. I love this guys's so raw and full of emotion and you believe every word he sings. Best songs are wonderful world and you give me something. Definitely worth a listen

Discovered a great album and it was James Morrison

I heard this album in the cd shop the other day and had to ask who was this melodic singer. So the girl told me it was James Morrison, and I immediately purchased the album. I think the album is great and explores a little of everything- sadness, happiness and what I like about each song is that it is catchy and well written and composed.

At the ripe old age of 21, James Morrison became an overnight sensation in the U.K. with the release of his debut album, 2006's Undiscovered, which wasted little time going platinum in the British Isles. Blessed with a fresh, soulful voice that alternated between smooth and rough tones (and suggested a British Stevie Wonder), Morrison recalled both the passion of classic soul music and the confessional lyrical stance of the singer/songwriters of the '70s. Morrison was born in the West Midlands town...
