The wait is over!

Dananananaykroyd's LP has finally hit our backwards shores after being out for yonks everywhere else, and if your a music fan all you can say is thank god. Describing the Dana's as fast paced would be like saying paint drying is riveting, their music bolts along, guitar riffs, double drum solos and screaming lyrics all mesh into a mess that fights itself but still sounds like a good time incarnate. Dananananaykroyd is FUN incarnate; with every song, the good and the excellent; you will always feel the great times are just about to explode out into the world, ready to rock n roll.

Wow. Dananananaykroyd's sound is very unique, and one of the best indie bands I've heard since The Go! Team. Standout tracks for me were by far the bonus track, Chrome Rainbow, with smooth melodies overlapping smashing beats and a song in the middle; Wath This! was also one of my favourite tracks, because I had just never heard anything like it before. This is a great album. I love Watch This!, The Greater Than Symbol and the Hash and Infinity Milk. And their live show is spectacular (saw them at Splendour), so much energy despite their jetlag and they are absolutely hilarious! If you like them you should check out Los Campesinos! who are also amazing.
