Being new to contemporary Christian music, I really didn't know what to expect from the genre. Coming from a non-Christian contemporary music involvement, one of the introductory artists I was fortunate to come by was 4Him. Their album, 'Visible', was clearly one of the most catchy, delightful examples of just how far Christian music has come. The lead singer has been plucked direct from Heaven, and directs an extraordinary flow of vocalists, musicians and witers, into a cavalcade of delightfully enjoyable rythms, vocal harmonies, and spirit-inspired musicality. If you want to sit back and enjoy a band that lifts your heart, your voice, your spirit...4Him will not disappoint. 'Visible' will have you hooked from the start, and 4Him will never let you go.

Three times voted Gospel Group of the Year, the quartet known as 4Him formed in 1990 as a spinoff from the choral group Truth. Fronted by Kirk Sullivan, the vocal group released its self-titled debut album in 1990 for the Benson label. Four albums followed in the next four years (Face the Nation, The Basics of Life, The Season of Love, The Ride), after which 4Him toured during 1995 and followed up with 1996's The Message.
