Do your i-Pod a Favour

Don't judge this book by its cover. This is not a thesis on gender inequity put to acoustic guitar. This is a fantastic album of intelligent (and highly addictive) feel good pop. Whilst the lyrics are certainly poetic and the vocals delivered with affect (most notably on the brilliant Magnetized), both perfectly complement the artist's gift for melody and rhythm. This won't be everybody's cup of tea, but everybody should give it a try. Most music these days is pointless, this album is truly different. Is anyone else making pop this good currently? Put it on your MP-3 player and listen to it on a sunny day.
