App bug when booking air ticket
I provided the passenger info in the app and jumped out to confirm the details. After a while, I came back and confirmed the passenger and then processed to booking. After booking confirmed, it turned out to be the ticket was under another passenger name(the default passenger in my app list). I’m sure it’s a bug in the app, and the result is I need to pay for the non- refundable ticket coz their rule of non- changeable of passenger details. That is a lesson for both of us. I hope you ask your engineer to debug on the issue. Also, I’ll give up on the app. A perfect alternative is Fliggy, even cheaper and better experience.
Flight delayed without notification
No notification for the delayed flight. When I wanted to change, I had to wait for the confirmation for couple of hours, which caused I missed the available seat. Why cannot confirm automatically!! Why cannot charge the fee automatically!
Poor service! Poor efficiency! Poor App! I won't use this App anymore. And I will encourage my friends any family to uninstall!
