I have sooooo many problems with this app!!
9 times out of 10, the app will just not open - it says there's an error.. however my iPad is up to date, the app does not need to be updated, wifi is on and I have nothing open on my app.. there is NO reason the app shouldn't open and all other apps I have don't have a problem with opening or functioning, therefore this problem is entirely with your app. I even shut down my iPad and then try again and it still doesn't work.
When I have managed to open it.. soooo many issues, basically the majority of other complaints in the reviews here have covered the issues I have, including freezing, can't fast forward or rewind a program without the app completely freezing and lots of issues with ads.
I'm not even sure why you have the app if you aren't going to keep it up to date so that people can actually use it

Absolutely the most useless app I've come across. I've attempted to watch a show 6 times tonight & have wasted so much data and 3 hours to attempt to watch a 44 minute show. The one segment I wanted to watch was at the end of the show yet you can't fast forward to a certain segment without having to watch more commercials than you would on TV and for the buggies commercial to repeat and not stop without returning to the start again. Here's the kicker I got 3 quarters of the way through the show near the segment I wanted to watch after 6 attempts for a error message to come up and say the page has re loaded and it took me back to the start again. Don't waste your time on this app. Obviously the developers aren't listening feedback as the glitches everyone brings are are so easily fixed and for a major network to ignore the feedback is poor. Not the first time this has happened but will be the last because I'm not wasting my time on this app again.
I thought that with a good understanding of apps and development I would be able to use this app with ease compared to the other reviewers. I was very wrong, this is is absolutely broken and needs to be fixed. Multiple issues with streaming to Apple TVs (it keeps telling me I’m recording) and then freezing at the last advertisement before going back to the TV show your watching. Then, on top of that, sometimes when it does manage to play all the ads, it returns to the beginning of the show... why!?
Terribly awkward to use and too many bugs. Shouldn’t have been released in this condition, even it’s free. Hire some better professional bug testers channel 10... might cost a bit now, but you’ll lose out in the long if you can’t manage to get this to work properly and get people on board now.
