So good to use this App, but...
Friday morning the App hanged on startup splash screen, tried twice, gave up and used Silver Top App :(
Later the App works! No problems with App or service after that :)
Saturday booked a cab to a pickup location of a shopping center whose entrance is not the listed street address (GPS failings!) and the cab went off track, I tried calling the driver via your great App feature that lets you do so, but flipping useless when the driver hangs up on me multiple times :(
When that happens I cancel the booking and try again. Got the same cab and again try and call the driver, but again refused, and again I canceled :(
I waited a minute, tried again and got new cab, and when they went past the entrance, but wait before I can call, they called me :)
(Mind you I think the driver was colour blind, but that's another story LOL!)
The suggestion are, keep bug checking your App, and add a ability to add notes like the entrance is here instead of the listed street address.
Finally get your drivers to purchase of their own accord a Melways, or Sydways, etc and get them to study the main areas they operate in!!! GPS cannot always be reliable :(
Note also, when providing a support link in the App store, please don't have it go to a booking page, it needs to go to a proper support page instantly!

My first ride!?!
This is My first ride in 13cabs. It was raining, I had to drop my little son to the child care and had to go to office early. Initially the driver was booked for me was named Rupindar. She was just 3 minutes away from my place. But unfortunately she didn’t come to my place and after 20 minutes she asked me to go to spotlight Carnegie. I told her very clearly several times that I can’t come to there as I have little kid. But still she was repeating to go to there. I cancel the booking and tried to book again and my bad luck again the driver was booked “Rupindar”. As it was my need, I waited for her another 5 minutes.. And suddenly I surprised that she canceled the booking!!!!
And third time when I booked another driver came and dropped me to my destination. He is really very professional and polite. I hope all of your drivers will be like him, not like “Rupindar “. Best wishes...

GPS not so great!
The GPS on this app seems a bit off - we had to order 2 cabs from Centennial Park (at a crossroads) and it was all way too hard.
First cab gave up, (I think it only went to York road outside the park, not inside), the 2nd arrived... but it took 40 minutes and ordering 3 times (twice on the app, one phone call order) to get another cab for the last 3 people. This left me with 2 kids in the cold waiting and ordering for way too long!
The 2 cabs that arrived were drivers who called through to check our location. The others must have just given up without even a phone call - which I have to say, Uber drivers always do. It really is the bare minimum to call and make a good effort if cabs want to seem as good (or better!) than Ubers. It’s a shame for business, but the phone call is just so helpful, and the App (& GPS) has to work well too!
