Ratings and Reviews
I can’t fault the app, or the time it took, the doctor came quickly and the app was easy to use, however the doctor that came was just... terrible. It was as though someone had forced him to turn up. He was moody, mopey, and treated me as though I was wasting his time. I was calling for a cold that I worried was developing into a chest infection, and I filled in the appointment thing as such that anyone visiting would know they were probably seeing someone with a cold. I answered the door hacking up a lung, he sits down and boredly asks me “what’s wrong” and after I describe my symptoms he asked me questions about my period ? Since when would a chest infection have anything to do with when I last ovulated ? He left with zero diagnoses just “I guess take these” and a “I guess take these”. He tells me I have a fever but doesn’t tell me what I should do to look after myself. I ask him if I should take any time off from work since I work in hospitality and replied with a a small moody “I guess take tomorrow off”. Worst experience. I should have just waited until the morning to see a normal GP since I wasn’t treated that night at all.
We’re very sorry to hear of your experience and hope that you are now on the mend. We take complaints very seriously and would like to look into this matter with you. To protect patient privacy, we would ask that you email your complaint directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our patient care team will be in touch. Please include your name, date and time of the booking and your postcode.

I have been very happy with the service received from the various doctors that have seen me. Excellent notifications for due arrival times including warning to put our dog away, and the Doctors have been very kind and diagnosed my complaints quickly with no issues. As it was after hours and I could get to a chemist until the next morning, when I needed antibiotics they even gave me enough tablets to take until I could get more. Very useful service, especially when I am too sick to drive me and my six year old down to the medical centre and wait for ages to be seen. Thank you!
Be prepared to wait
If you’re prepared to wait 4-5 hours then this is an alright service. That means waiting up until 11pm on a week night, so if you need to see a doctor earlier, go to your GP. We booked at 6:30pm and received an SMS that a doctor would be with us between 7-8pm. I had to call at 8:30pm because no one had arrived and was told the doctor is delayed. Called again at 9:30pm and was told they would inform the doctor to call us within 20mins. Received a call from the doctor that he was 15mins away and he did turn up 15 mins later at around 10:30pm. He was nice and provided medication, prescriptions and advise. If we need a doctor faster, we will visit our GP, otherwise we may use this service again.
