It's there for me

First run, just made it... Run by run, step by step I made it to week 6 (I did have to repeat a day or two here and there)...... Then holidays, then sick, then busy... Days turned into weeks. Ready again, lost fitness but what do you expect? Started at week 4 - hopefully this time I make it through, if not the app is there waiting for me 😊 can't recommend it highly enough. 30 mins every second day - mum of 3.

Great app to build up your fitness

This app is great. It's really simple to use and gives you a good work out. You quickly build up your fitness and anyone can use it at any level. Before you know it your running the majority of the way! I love it.

A great tool for a non-runner

I've always been terrible at any athletic pursuits, but with this app I did make it to 5k. Then I got a bad flu and had to start again. I'm half way to 5k again. But I know I can do it, because I've done it before. And if I can do it, anyone can.
