Do you know how much food you swallow every day? If it’s more than 80Bites then you are stretching you stomach and messing with your hormones, which leads to nonstop HUNGER.
So to find out, download our 80Bites app. Tap the “Bite” button each time you put food into your mouth (for soup, count mouthfuls or spoons; for smoothies, count sips). Step two: Discover (in just a couple days) if you are overeating.
With the help of snazzy graphics, Sam Stomach keeps you aware of how much you’re eating, how quickly you’re eating, and when you’re eating most. And FYI, Sam doesn’t enjoy being stretched, stuffed or otherwise abused.
The goal is 80 bites, or less, per day. It doesn’t matter if it’s a hot dog or a salad: a bite is a bite; a swallow is a swallow! We’re talking QUANTITY here, and once you master the art of eating less food, your stomach will be your best ally for shedding pounds.
Created by Registered Dietician Meredith Luce and Pilates Expert Joan Breibart, the 80Bites App goes hand in hand with the 80Bites Diet – a 12-week program developed to reverse the hunger cycle for good (www.80Bites.com). If you’re over 80 bites a day, the 80Bites Diet will help you downsize gradually. If your bite count is not excessive but you need to lose, we’ll show you how to build balanced meals and downsize liquid calories. Try 80Bites today and ditch dieting for good! Less is more; this is truly Pilates for the mouth. Shedding pounds happens automatically when your hunger is tamed.

What's New in Version 2.0.4
* Updated app with our new domain name 80bites.com
I like the idea but it doesn't work. It duplicated my "eating events" for my second day on top of my first day, then stacked day 3 onto day 2. Does it have some kind of time zone thing that ignores your local time, maybe??
Pointless until they fix it. (I'm using version 2.0.4)
