Do you know how much food you swallow every day?
If it’s more than 80Bites, you’re stretching you stomach and super sizing your hunger.
Download our 80Bites app and in a few days you will know your own bite count.
Don’t be surprised if it’s way more than 80.
Here is what you should do. First step: download the app. Second step: use the handy little “pedometer” feature to track your bites at each meal (whenever you eat.) Step three: discover (in just a couple days) if you are overeating.
With the help of snazzy graphics, Sam Stomach keeps you aware of how much you’re eating, how quickly you’re eating, and when you’re eating most. And FYI, Sam doesn’t enjoy being stretched, stuffed or otherwise abused.
The goal is 80 bites per day (take it from your stomach, it’s all you need!), but you can start wherever you are. It doesn’t matter if it’s a hot dog or a salad: a bite is a bite! We’re talking QUANTITY here, and once you master the art of eating less food, your stomach will be your best ally for shedding pounds.
Once you’ve gotten the hang of the app, join our 12 week program at www.80bites.com/the-plan and you can lose the hunger in three months and learn a new approach to eating: Quantity, Frequency, Quality and Balance. Shedding pounds happens automatically when your hunger is tamed.

What's New in Version 2.0.4
* Updated app with our new domain name 80bites.com
I like the idea but it doesn't work. It duplicated my "eating events" for my second day on top of my first day, then stacked day 3 onto day 2. Does it have some kind of time zone thing that ignores your local time, maybe??
Pointless until they fix it. (I'm using version 2.0.4)
