Great for small business
This is a great product for small business and the ability for it to grow with your business is fantastic. Virtual assistant is a god send
A couple of little improvements that could be implemented.A Copy - Paste function in the Dial page would be nice and for the desktop version a Chrome plugin so you can dial from a website.
Other than that a fantastic job, keep up the good work
app lags & drops out
using this app during business hours for my work, as we also use offshore staff. most afternoons it slows down and can sometimes cut out when trying to transfer a call (which means it doesn’t log that caller ID in history), so unless you note down every phone number that calls in, you have no idea who just called to try ring them back. when i was a new staff member a few months back, i kept having calls to an Australian Govt dept cut out after exactly 15mins; it took 3wks to resolve, which was only because I eventually suggested for tech support to check setting of our other staff members to fix my settings (and turns out my setting were UK based and the other staff were correctly Australian). much improvement needs to happen with the service & support of this app.
Easy to use
Wish we could sms from the mobile app but other than that it is good and easy to use.
