How to get started:
If you are already an AccessPay customer, all you need to do is register your account for online access.

This app is buggy to say the least.
I’m not an expert, but things like fingerprint scanning to gain access to the app would be good, notifications would be a good addition too. I’m sick of putting my password in and always waiting 2-4 minutes to see balances etc.
I notice that this app hasn’t been updated in about 6 months, at time of review...I think it’s time that it was updated and modernised.
I can’t understand why my bank allows me password free, quick access to my funds via a widget or the app’s quick view option, but AccessPay doesn’t... same goes for fingerprint access to the main information in the app and of course the notifications.
The other issue is that it just lags so much. I can literally wait for 2-4 minutes to get a balance to display and usually have to try several times.
Sorry guys, I think you’re a great company, but your app really needs updating.

In transition from the bank-based arrangements, the new app lacks a number of conveniences taken for granted previously. Initial concept good; execution would benefit from some love.
For example, Notifications and app Badges would help to inform of issues such as system outages; viewing of your current balance(s) without having to log in (standard on virtually all banking apps & highly desirable via swiping from the app home screen); navigation to balance once logged in is ambiguous (get it wrong every time!); Touch ID (iOS) would be helpful to login.
It is not geared around convenience, which is the primary goal when out & about, taking what feels like ages to ascertain what spending you have the capacity to make.
Also, App Support appears to point to a somewhat out-of-date FAQ page.
Application isn’t functional
I have never been able to view my card transactions in the app, it will always timeout. There’s also no support for TouchID, pin login or anything else to provide useful functionality which is offered in practically every other banking app. For a company that charges roughly $12 a fortnight (more than a bank) for poor customer service and outdated information and app development, you have to wonder where the money is going and why this company are even chosen to provide salary packaging services.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
