Definitely regret spending $15 on this app. While there are some useful tools, there are plenty of free & cheaper mindfulness apps that are much more effective...and don't cost you. The voice isn't ideal, and the voice matters in mindfulness audio. Overall the app really isn't impressive for such a pricey fee. Save your money!
Excellent ACT app
This is a great toolkit for learning and applying ACT. Goes perfectly with the book by Russ Harris. Best app of its kind I've come across.
Not worth the price
Not worth the price. Needs to be reduced to 99c otherwise it's too expensive for the limited amount it offers.
