The only app I’ve found to ACTUALLY block ads

This app works great. Browsing the web, or in apps that want to harass you with ads (my favourite feature)! I’ve never come across another ad blocker that does what it says it does. In future updates I’d love if this app could allow notifications if it switches off. I’ve noticed that when I leave a wifi network the app will sometimes switch to the red “stopped” mode and I’ll start getting ads again. Then I’ll realise what’s happened and open this app to switch the Adblocker on (super easy to do), but some apps are smart and then keep feeding me ads they must have already gotten onto my phone until I turn my phone completely off and on again and make sure this adblocker is running prior to opening the other apps again. So if we could be shown a banner or other notification when the adblocker switches off, that would be really helpful. The only improvement I can think of actually

Widget fixed ! Fab. Although, adblocker did stop working on my device again after the update. Worked perfectly once more after a fresh install. I’ll be automatically doing this after each update from now on.

Still the only complete content blocker available for iPad, installed apps included ..... if peeps bothered to learn how to use it properly..... settings > import dns proxy rules > import. Couldn’t be clearer than that. Catch anything flying under the radar via dns logging... I’ve only ever had to add three sneaky ones to the list.

I can’t believe how many clueless reviews have been posted. Brilliant app. Love that I can customise the rules to my personal liking, which is a cut above the first version in my opinion.

Seems ok

I think I’ve gotten it to work, my only gripe is if I’m paying for an app to do something then I’d like it to be easier to use, not everyone is tech savvy and although I am slightly I still found it hard to use and confusing but the average person would struggle!
Like I said it seems to be working for now and the option to automatically import doesn’t seem to work so I have to manually go and look for each adverts (which there are many) and create rules for each of them.
Time will tell as I’m new to this app, the self righteous PR?,#$ above regarding you all as clueless doesn’t leave his basement very often
