Ratings and Reviews
If your updated app is not working delete and reinstall
This app was not working for me despite the update.
Since deleting the app and reinstalling I am now able to use the app. I suggest the same for anyone whose app is freezing on the RAA sponsored splash screen.
The actual app is just OK. The app mainly sources web pages from the AO website which is substandard itself considering the investment by the State Govt.
The best feature of the app is the 'Maps' square option which should probably be renamed 'Facilities'. This feature allows you to select which type of facility(ies) you would like to appear on the ground overview separated for each level.
There is too much prominence given to 'Venue' (which is just a short blurb), 'Tours and Museums', 'Share a Photo' and 'Check In. These square options should be placed in a subsidiary menu or just scrapped all together.
Previous [partial] review:
The app is broken. Splash screen appears but then only a white screen after that. [updated version now has a sponsored RAA screen instead of blank white screen but it is still broken - the RAA ad links to an AOSMA web page which does not exist] [most recent update includes a skip button but it does not work]
Directions doesnt work
The directions function doesnt work. When entering my address it reports a Location Error and no location can be found. The address is a standard street address and can be found by all other web apps. It also says to use the Blue Marker which is not present.
Come on ashes
Great app. Cant wait to use it to find my seat for the Ashes. Travel directions with a timetable will be cool to use. It is set up obviously for cricket so they must be going to update for footy.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
