Airfoil Speakers Touch turns your iOS device into an audio receiver. Send any audio from your Mac or PC to your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, using Airfoil and Airfoil Speakers Touch.
You'll be able to send audio from any audio app, like iTunes, Rdio, or Spotify, as well as web-based sources like Pandora and more. Hear your audio anywhere around the house!
Just connect your device to your local Wifi network, then open up Airfoil on your Mac or Windows machine, and start transmitting to your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad.

The free “Airfoil Satellite” provides all the functionality of Airfoil Speakers Touch and much more, including remote control of Airfoil and supported sources.
Airfoil Speakers Touch has been deprecated, and is intended only for devices running iOS 6, iOS 5, or iOS 4.
* The ability to receive audio from iTunes and iOS is now fully removed. Those who added this functionality back in 2012 via the “Enhanced Audio Receiving” in-app purchase may wish to avoid this update.
* Several minor bug fixes and improvements are also included, as well as support for 4" screens.

Excellent (when teamed with Airfoil of course)
Now to make this perfect (please Rogue Amoeba) - all we need is to be able to control Airfoil from the iPhone/iPd Touch. If we could get the interface Airfoil interface shown in the grabs above, accessible via WiFi to the host computer. Perfect, 100%.
Some may find the Airfoil grab misleading as it is on the host computer, not on your iPhone/iPd Touch. I got a bit excited when I saw it at first.

Not working
Before Apple updates this app worked awesomely since iOS 11 the app when trying to be opened displays “ The developer need to update it to work with iOS 11

Amazing app works perfect!
Wow! This app is simply amazing, was kind of hesitant at first but it does exactly what it says and more! All syncs fast and clear. Now I can be in my bedroom/study with my laptop open running iTunes and pick songs that play in another room that has my iPhone hooked up to home stereo system/docking station. It's perfect this company is very smart!
Just make sure after you get this app you jump on their website and download the Windows/Mac software to use on your computer to control iTunes , Internet etc.
