Description

The ANU Classics Museum houses a representative collection of Greek and Roman antiquities dating from about 1500 BC to AD 500. Our items include artefacts from well-known centres such as Athens and Rome, along with material from many other parts of the Greco-Roman world.

Since 1962, this collection has grown to give students, scholars, and the wider community the opportunity to study the material evidence of life in those ancient societies.

This app contains information about some of our artefacts. To view more, visit our Museum in the AD Hope Building on the ANU campus.
