We will look to provide more ANZ goMoney AU enhancements in future releases.
I've been using this app for years and it's been a blessing. Some improvements though could be showing activity like it is shown online - you have a column showing the balance of the account after a transaction has been made and next to that, the amount that was deposited/taken out. I'm sure it used to be that way, it was much easier to manage my spending. Also noticing that transactions such as deposits from other ANZ accounts aren't appearing straight away, yet they always used to. The same with PayPal payments being immediately withdrawn, they aren't anymore. Don't know if this is a lag in the app or an actual ANZ thing, but it's caused me a lot of headaches.
This app is where all the other banks were 5 years ago. The most annoying thing is that you cannot make (or view) scheduled transfers. This is an everyday feature and it shocks me that this isn't available. The inability to change your pin via the app is another example of where this app fails. The app is so frustrating that when it is time to refinance our mortgage, the app will go in the con column as a big minus. Saying 'just use the computer' is not a valid solution when the competitors all offer far superior apps. If you need tips on where to improve have a look at all the features offer by other big 4 banks (e.g. Commbank), or even the other banks (e.g ING).
Hope you sort this out so ANZ is a viable for us in the future.
Not as good as the rest
I'm a new customer to ANZ, and I found this app lacking in what a lot of the other bank apps have. Not being able to comment between transactions, not being able to comment on transactions leaving my account to external Accounts is very frustrating. I haven't yet found any place to manage my frequent accounts I can transfer to... in short, I think if you're going to make an app, it needs to almost do everything your website version does, since majority of the population now use their mobile.
