At ANZ we’re committed to helping you bank simply and safely. Once you have registered you can use the Shield Code to authenticate certain ANZ Internet Banking payments and activities.

App now fixed by ANZ
ANZ has notified me that the app has now been fixed for users running older versions of iOS. All downloaded and works fine now.
Updated the app this week. Haven't been able to open it properly since. Tried calling and messaging on Facebook for assistance but you just go round and round in circles 🙁
*** Update: so they pretty much take he conversation offline so they can tell you to uninstall and reinstall the app and restart your phone, both of which is already tried. I'm also asked to update to the latest iOS which based on other reviews is likely to solve the issue. However I don't want to upgrade at the moment as two of the apps on my phone won't work with iOS 11. They should really update the compatibility details of the app as it clearly doesn't work with iOS 8.0 or higher

Application stopped working after update
After latest update it crashes. Re-installation doesn't help. I emailed to suggested ANZ address but haven't received any reply.
2 weeks later- still no reply and no fix. No customer support at all
I received reply from ANZ and new update on 23 April 18 fixed the problem! It works fine now-5 stars (hopefully there will be no new updates with such "surprises"

Still not available to International users
Dear ANZ mobile team, could you please make sure this app is published across all App Stores worldwide?
It’s so painful for international users to have to switch to the AU App Store to download and update the app. Switching stores has side effects (such as wiping Apple Music local data).
Also we won’t get updates for the app while not logged into the AU App Store, which is a security issue.
I’ve already raised this a couple of times, I don’t understand why you insist on inflicting pain to your customers!
