Useless Robot in Apple Support app!!!


Had a problem using Facebook, Messenger & Apple Support apps wherein the keyboard freezes, can’t type another letter and/or use the upper-case on my iPhone 7 Plus. I never experienced this in iOS 10 but since iOS 11 came about, this has been happening quite often.
The Apple Support Robot, says that I need to contact the developer of Facebook and/or Messenger to resolve this issue as these apps are not Apple apps (which I knew quite well, duh!). BUT, as I was typing (replying to this chat in Apple Support app using my iPhone), the keyboard froze again. I did tell this person or is it a “Robot?” And, it still told me, to contact the Apps developer!
In short, I spent 15-mins of my time talking to a “robot,” that never was of help at all!
I’ve been an iPhone user since model 4, it’s the 1st time I’ve experienced this! I’m hesitant to upgrade to model 8 Plus or the ‘X’ till this simple problems are resolved!
I usually give a 5-star rating on all the former models but today, I’ll give you a 1-star rating.

Terrible customer service


Open weekends but understaffed. Some departments aren’t available, long wait to speak to customer service representative and then advised 30 minutes to speak to a supervisor. If you’re unable to handle the call volume, you should either increase your staff or not open on weekends.

I ordered a battery exactly 2 weeks ago. Was advised it would get confirmation 3-4 days after. I called on the 4th day, advised they changed the service standard to 3-5 days and to call 1 day later. I waited until today to call, and got the spiel about the department who could answer the enquiry was not in, and to speak to a supervisor was 30 minutes. Which at that point I gave up.

Apple support the best service. Answers within a minute.

Apple fan they won me over.

Its a quick easy way to resolve problems straight away. Staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They resolve all your problems straight away. You don’t waite long. And its very confidential. I will never go with another service except Apple. They made my life easy. The best staff and the best equipment. The people are so much nicer than any other company. And help is 24hours Monday to Sunday. The best.
