Cannot login via app
Can't login via the app, but using browser works just fine.
This app is horrendous and poorly written, not having the latest iPhone 6 and above screen resolution support (yes, that's 3 models ago) - seriously who is developing this junk?
I get no notifications, I used to pay Australia post to send me a simple email which appeared in my inbox (and diverted to others in my company) so we could efficiently check the post box if someone was passing. Now we are forced to use this pathetic excuse for an app to try and force people to use their digital mailbox failure. I have rarely received push notifications for new mail at my PO box, and to check I have to enter my password every single time, and navigate some awful menu just to check if I have mail. It's actually easier to just go and check it manually.
Many a times I have contacted Australia post about these issues and no one can help. Please fix this or just give us email notifications back. No one wants to use your digital mailbox, that's what email is for.
Started well got my notifications no problems. Then made the mistake of changing my email address and it all stopped. Contacted support who helped initially but couldn't resolve the problem. Now they just don't bother to reply and I still have an app that's basically useless.
