Absolutely brilliant

Once I stopped vomiting constantly, I found it really hard to find challenging, versatile pregnancy workouts. Other workouts were so easy that I wasn’t stimulated or building strength in any way. Baby2Body has been amazing, the workouts are constantly different and use different moves, ideal for someone doing 4+ per week, as they are never repetitive. This is perfect for someone looking to maintain fitness in pregnancy, more than for someone looking to start from minimal baseline fitness. Other apps have more guidance for women with minimal pre-pregnancy strength but this has been awesome for me.

Short and sweet

I really like the app. This is my third pregnancy and I have, until now, never found an exercise regime that I have stuck to. These exercises are quick, simple and you don’t require lots of equipment. Even though they are quick and simple I still feel like I’m getting a work out that is right for my pregnant body :) and I can fit it in around my busy life.
My only build would be to include more guided meditations and far earlier on. I found some when I searched at 39 weeks and with my previous pregnancies I started meditations and visitations much earlier (around 26 weeks). Right now I go somewhere else to get my calmbirth style meditations. Including more and earlier would make this app the complete package for me.

Bit misleading for recipes

I was very excited to download this app and pay for it but did the 7 day trial. It says there is over 300 recipes you can access on premium. Although on the 7 day trial it only had 3 articles or recipes. One about spirulina, how to make hummus and something else. For something showing me what premium is like that’s not worth paying for. I couldn’t even find a recipe library. That’s definitely not going to be help me on my journey if it’s not a whole package like it says.

Otherwise every other feature seemed to be good and was easy to access. You could change how many times you exercised to suit your needs. Loved the little stories at the top like Facebook and Instagram where they have daily stuff. Already have the paid version of the calm app so didn’t check out the mindfulness section.

In the Kitchen, you'll find 7-10 recipes each week that feature the key foods and nutrients most important to your stage, and we give you a selection of meals for inspiration, so you're not inundated with choices every week. But you can absolutely access the full library of recipes as well! You just need to tap on the Search bar in the homepage and from there you can select prenatal recipes or postpartum recipes based on your stage. We're sorry that this felt difficult to find!
