App needs fixing

App can not find Beolit 15
Bluetooth. Have to use iPhone Bluetooth
Also the equaliser should be in the app. Not me updating in the app working. Cheers please fix. Because when I updated the beolit 15 from your website it stopped working for good too nervous to do another of your firmware updates they are lacking the correct coding.
The speaker and amp is A1 perfect just needs the above glitche of firmware update fixed so works on all iPhones and iPads after update. I don’t update because the issues will come. Like the speaker fizzes out. But before it does the equaliser is great from app to speaker 🔊 so yes I won’t you to fix the firmware update. Till then I’m not updating too worried it will break again. Without update works fine. With update eq is way better but makes speaker die completely. Please fix the conflict. I would like to have the eq but not confident you’ve fixed the eq speaker die issues

No longer connects my h5 with Apple phone Bluetooth

Once again this update is a backward step. When I first got my h5 Bluetooth earphones I could leave my iPhone at home and just use my Apple Watch to stream music and take calls. Since last update my watch can’t find my h5. It will only work with my iPhone. This one makes no difference although I complained last time too. And when we went into the store the staff there were dismissive
This is supposed to be a high quality product. Please fix it. I purchased the Bluetooth headphones so I could leave my phone at home when I was cycling etc

It WAS working really well. Anyway I can get the old app back!!!

Needs improvement H5 and A1

It should be possible that switch on the devices from the app. The Boom 2 has this function. Especially the A1 having to turn it around to use it is mildly irritating not the feeling I am after when using a Bang & Olufsen. Also the colour of the device should be based on serial number can’t find the Royal Blue A1 in the app.
