With BOQ Mobile Banking you can bank from the convenience of your mobile device. If you are already registered for Online Banking, simply Sign In using your existing Customer Access Number (CAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC) to access all your accounts, payees, and billers that you would normally see via Internet Banking. You will also be able to access your pending authorisations and payments as well as complete Funds Transfer, Pay Anyone and BPAY transactions.

Disappointing, but functional.
The app is over simple and not secure. This really reminds me of the old NAB app only worse! It absolutely is functional but the reason I'm giving it a low rating is just because it's far too simple. Now while I appreciate BOQ is not a "big" bank, most other small banks still manage to get it right with their app. St George is a perfect example. I can see myself doing more banking on a computer/tablet than the app, or attending a branch, and just using this to check balances really because that seems to be its key functionality. It doesn't look like it'll do much other than show balances and let you transfer between accounts... Disappointing. I hope BOQ decide to do what NAB did not long after I joined with them which was coming out and releasing what is, in my opinion, the best mobile banking app out there...
This banking app is so very bad! Not convenient at all. Basically just a mobile page and not an app at all.
Everything is complicated. Logging on glitches all the time and I get logged off not even being able to complete transaction. Considering I do all my banking online as let’s face it most people that work don’t have time to go to the bank during their opening hours. I am seriously considering about ditching BOQ over how bad this app is. Ridiculous ....... make the change now to a proper fully functional APP like other banks have. You seriously need to make it easier for people to bank and right now it is not. The amount of bad reviews for this app surely it’s a testament to realise this program really doesn’t work and your customers want more yet the updates you have made over 2 years are basically nothing! Get real BOQ
Over-simplified Basic User Interface
The app itself uses a very simple, underdeveloped user interface that although allows you to complete basic functions such as send/receive money, it doesn’t seem to do anything more.
It seems like a chore trying to access any information regarding the account that’s currently logged in, and just overall a pain in the backside to use.
I’m also with Commonwealth and their app just completely blows BOQ Mobile out of the water. Makes sense considering Commonwealth is a much larger bank, but it’s just disappointing. It seems to just use HTML elements from their mobile view of their website, barely programmed.
