Subscription pricing and terms:
Calm offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $12.99/month and an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $69.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to the Calm Collection while you maintain an active subscription. Calm also offers a Lifetime subscription for $299.99 which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment with unlimited access to the Calm Collection forever.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

While you're waiting for the update to install, try this simple exercise: taking a deep breath in, say in your mind "breathing in, I am calm". Then breathing out, slowly, silently say "breathing out, I am peaceful". Continue this cycle for a few minutes, breathing in, I am calm... breathing out, I am peaceful. You can use this technique anytime you need a calming break in your day. Enjoy!

I have never felt calm
I have personally never felt calm the way I did in the last eight minutes of my life. Normally I’m a go go go kind of person but now I’m just trying to spend some time with just me. But instead of going to see a movie or hanging out all by myself with friends I just laid laid and listen to this calming voice and wildlife sounds ( which you came choose in the settings to have or not to have) calm I do believe will change my life. And I’m just a thirteen year old girl so I don’t say that so often. I know me being thirteen might set you as a customer off but with high school and everything else I do like I’m captain and I do part time stuff at my school and I dance it all gets really stressful and sometimes I just need to relaxed and this calm app has really helped me! Like my day today was definitely not the best but calm calmed me down and now I can once again call myself a normal citizen, and not just that one girl running around all the time trying to make a life for herself! Well that’s my experience so far! Overall it is a great app and it defiantly deserves the five stars I just gave it!!!!
Life changing - busy Corporate Sales Executive
I have a type-A personality, who is a high achieving corporate sales executive. I'm also a parent of a child with special needs so life is very busy. In 2014, when work and family life did not shape up the way I had planned, I reached the lowest point of my life. I wasn't able to sleep and couldn't function normally. I was frequently forgetful (e.g. did if I off the lights 2 minutes ago?), was diagnosed with anxiety and and my ability to think and process ideas slowed down considerably. I took half a year off work, visited countless doctors and psychologists and consumed anti-anxiety vitamins. This helped me get back to work, but the side effects of the vitamins, primarily memory impairment, was unbearable. Seeking natural remedies for a solution, I turned to meditation. I was referred to Calm by one of my doctors. After 6 months of meditating twice a day with Calm, I no longer take any anti-anxiety vitamins, I'm on top of my career and I'm present when I'm spending time with family. My sincerest thanks to Tamara Levitt and her team. You've definitely changed my life and I'm very thankful.
