Tracking what you eat is as important as healthy cooking.

I really like this app, but certain things like how when you eat over your set number of calories, it shows in red how many calories over you've your limit you've eaten (as if you've done something wrong) could lead people down the path of forming unhealthy relationships with food and being overly hard on themselves. The fact that after you've logged your food for the day, it estimates how much you'll weigh in five weeks if you eat that amount every day, might also lead people towards wanting to aim for the lowest future number possible, and eventually towards unhealthy goals and habits. So I think the makers of the app should be more cautious towards the psychological effects of the way certain information is presented, and possibly create more settings so that people can avoid things like getting what feels like negative feedback when eating over a certain number of calories. I think another improvement could be going into more detail regarding targeting micro and macronutrient goals such as specific amino acids, and showing targets towards a wider number of essential vitamins. I also don't understand why nutrients such as iron set to a goal of 100% rather than a particular number of milligrams or anything, and it doesn't seem to be something I can change. But overall, this app has helped me a lot to stay on track, and I'll continue using it.

Love it just it won’t let me accept to work with fenix5 Garmin.


I wish u guys would fix the size of the screen for the accept to use with my new Garmin Fenix 5x. It says all good to use let’s me accept all the parts for Garmin but to accept conditions for this it puts a screen up to small for the page and can’t expand it or go side ways to hit accept. Tried on different screens. So I can’t have it work with all my steps and work outs with my diet. If can’t get it thinking not going premium such a simple thing to fix guys. Even on iPad Pro huge screen shows this box that can’t reach the accept button pop up. Totally upset as love the program and Garmin connect and watch have it in the third party programs ready to work with. But all because of one accept button on screen pop up. Tried everything watch only 2 days old even tried using connect on web site but can’t do as says waiting to sync but 2hrs later nothing. Be do to not being able to accept. I’ve got to end of month the I will hit no to premium renewal. From Australia please help. I’ve sent email to your support but nothing back.
