Trips not updating

Taking more than 10 days for trips to be updated. Don’t know wether
my account balance is up to date or not because the trips are not up to date .

App doesn't load anything

Just stays stuck on an image of the bridge. Doesn't matter if you leave it to load, nothing is gonna happen.

New Login Process

This is a failure - two attempts to reset password have been unsuccessful.
App now useless 👎
Please fix ASAP
