It's a great game, lots of new content keeps rolling in with minor "balance updates" every so often. Now these balance updates I've noticed are dodging the games main problems, the "dirt" tier cards that nobody uses aren't getting any better, they're just getting worse with every new card added and every new balance change that buffs another card nerfs the dirt cards. Also defence targeting units, yes the ones that go straight for your towers or can inflict damage almost 100% of the time. Like the hog or miner, all cards like these need a nerfing, it's taking so much variety out of the game. Inferno tower can shut down almost any card with ease, even decent sized pushes, needs a nerf. Also, the P.E.K.K.A takes the cake when it comes to most useless card for being such an expensive card giving it big damage and high hp does not make up for its dreadful slowness and high cost.
Supercell, you really need to fix a lot of the balance problems. I know so many people who've left the game because of the unfairness of everything. Nerf something everyone uses and people will probably leave the game, so buff everything nobody uses so we see more variety.
A fun, but equally annoying game!
After playing this game for many fun and equally frustrating months; strategy makes you constantly check and subsequently play a game or two, or five, almost all of which contain garbage, which means that soon after getting into the game, an addictive compulsion forms, similar to a drug addiction, on behalf of players, causing them to constantly play and run into an increasingly slow rate of progress which makes the players realise the severity of the game's insignificance - the constant new cards and re-shuffling of the game's meta as a whole are great and others are just downright frustrating, especially when your most commonly used card, sometimes a card which you spent months upgrading and playing with, instantly gets degraded compared to a new card or an unused card, which brings me to my final annoyance of the game, micro transactions, which enable an unlimited expenditure on gems which aren't at all worth what they cost, only the arena bundle packs are arguably worth spending money on if a player feels they wish to do so.
Great, fun and addicting but needs a little bit of work.
This is one of the best games for mobile/IPhone. I think because it's so popular improvements are a big thing but I do think that MAYBE when you have low connection in battle or have to re-log/leave the match and rejoin then the game should go into a pause mode for 15 seconds and the player who didn't leave gains elixir until the person who left comes back but while it's paused the person who left doesn't gain elixir and as soon as they rejoin the game then resumes but if they don't rejoin after 15 seconds the game resumes even without them on and they can still rejoin but without the pause menu up meaning they join late probably resulting in towers being taken down on their side. But yeah aside if that idea which I really hope gets taken into consideration maybe, this game is very very fun.
