This app has been a lifesaver for me as I haven’t lived near a branch for at least 10 years. Does everything you could need, especially now that you can manager your cards and pin! Fantastic.
This is a very good app
Clunky and awkward
This app fills its purpose... barely. That said, it's very user-unfriendly and clunky.
The method of selecting accounts is very frustrating, and RAB's method of naming accounts makes it too easy to accidentally transfer money out of a credit card instead of a bank account.
If you select one account to transfer from, and then happen to scroll past this account whilst looking for the 'to' account, it changes the 'from' account to the next one in the list.
I have 3 mortgage offset accounts, which have labels on them when I look at them on online banking, but these don't show on the app. Again something trivial, but does affect the usability of the app and turns transferring money from what should be a quick 20 second task to something that makes me want to hurl my phone.
Seems to be stable and haven't had a crash yet, just needs to be easier to use.
