Good for disseminating info to a certain group/school. Notifications are helpful to parents. However, i found something that is a poor functionality. If you have multiple alerts at the homepage, you will only see the 1st alert in the home tab, unless you click the ‘show more’ link. The text design is not noticeable. You can easily missed the 2nd/3rd/and so on alert if you have a hard time reading a small font. Also, this is just a suggestion, comment section for each post would be helpful.

I can’t log into the app, the user interface is inconsistent and weird, it doesn’t load when it needs to, simple features that can be easily made offline can’t be used offline. Along with all this you cannot submit work as files from go-to apps like one drive (you’d have to save it to the apple cloud for it to submit).

I’d like to mention not being able to login whilst in the app again. Which has to be the most abysmal thing about it because you can’t access any of its features (like at all) which defeats the whole purpose of it. Which means I’ve resorted to it on browser which defeats the whole purpose of having the app.

Simple fixes:
- insert a log in/ out button on the main page instead of having a whole page to have the same feature
- organise the ui a bit more
- Make it load 100% when you have internet (instead of not loading even when connection is good)
- Allow timetables to be offline (I’d just be more convenient)
- allow file submission to be compatible with well known file apps
- a little reminder that you’re not logged in instead of kicking you out would be more courteous.

Parents cannot read academic reports

There’s always an issue when an app pretends to allow you to “open in browser” and doesn’t.

The only way to read reports is to tell the app to open in browser. Except that it doesn’t open in your preferred browser — it opens in its own browser inside this app. The problem with that is that the reports are PDF which are not great to read on a phone so it is helpful when you can zoom in and rotate your phone to landscape.
Unfortunately this app does not allow you to open in your own browser where you can rotate, zoom and open the PDF in another app. It’s s if none of the developers are empathising with the parents whatsoever.
