The warm-up needs to be considered as an integral part of the training session, so much so, that there isn't a clear distinction between when the warm-up ends and the training session begins.

This warm-up app resource has been put together as part of Cricket Australia's National Player Pathway Project. The main purpose of the resource is to provide coaches and players in schools and clubs with a progressive structure to their warm up routine, for training and match day.
