CSR knows how to supercharge a sequel. Drag-racing is as fun as ever - and you won’t believe how good it all looks. And now you can squash other players in Live Races, which is about as fun as it gets.
Brilliant!
What an absolutely PERFECT game. I’ve seen many reviews saying it is either rigged or unfair... I personally have had a much different experience and I haven’t spent a cent. I don’t plan on spending any money on the game but I do tend to watch a lot of ads for extra fuel but that is something I am absolutely happy to do to support the developers. The amount of effort that was put into this game isn’t being commended enough. I find that the races have just the right difficulty and yes you may lose quite a bit but there are definitely some skills to the game some people may not realise like for example if you did a perfect start and then perfect shifted each time you could lose but if you wheel spin start at the start and you are fairly far behind at the beginning and then do perfect shifts and boost at the right timing the game will help you catch up to overtake. I really couldn’t be any happier with this game and the support team is incredibly fair and helpful. Thankyou for maybe being the only game on the App Store that isn’t infuriating and thankyou for making the ads balanced and not in your face. 20/10
Even handing over you money is a waste of your time
This game is like a ‘70s Jag - enormously appealing with great lines and you’ll spend more time in the workshop than on the road. It’s rare that you’ll ever get to the end of a championship cup, even if you do manage to have all the upgrades and equally rare for you to win the car - months can go past with the luck and the usual 3-5 chances you get every fortnight generally serve up the same cars you already own again and again and again and again and again and again and ag... (you get the picture). Even buying the overpriced cars - which they pitch at you constantly like street chuggers - doesn’t guarantee success or the likelihood you’ll get any further than 2/3rds of the way through a series. Remember wasting $70+ on a collection of Ferrari’s only to find most of them useless because couldn’t progress to the next stage. Another typical example is the current Halloween series. The Ford RS is now at red level (ie impossible) difficulty at 19 of the 60 races, which also means to can’t progress to the Mercedes round. As another reviewer said, if you do raise the issues you generally get corporate platitudes in response and the problems remain. No wonder you’ll find most of your team will walk away within weeks, leaving you struggling as an individual. And then there’s how much room the app swallows - currently at a greedy 2.7 gig. Save your time, money and the frustration and go buy F1 for your PS4 instead.
